I remember on a voyage,
I was travelling on the path of unity,
Which trailed off into many different routes,
Separating the bond of humanity.
If only I’d realised sooner,
The message it wanted to give to me.
Perhaps I would found a greater sight,
Beyond the route now abandoned.
I travelled another path, my usual path.
The pathway of my religion, in which,
The roads were different, yet
They all lead to the same destination.
Realisation of then dawn's on me
That we’re all the same, though we seem contrary.
Some believe in one God or another,
But we all have faith in humanity.
Like in a puzzle we need all the odd pieces,
To make our world complete.
