Sometimes even through the night

Leaves no stone unturned

Till the battle is won….


Never scared to stand alone

Gulps down tears and sorrows

Even though darkest times

Will shine like a lighted candle…..


Respected only through words and speeches

But not given equal rights and status

Even though highly educated

Still let down on various occasions...


The struggle of a woman

Starts from birth and ends with death

But glad now mindsets are changing

People now are not following earlier trends...
