KERMIT....THE FROG HERMIT

I wish I were Kermit the frog,

Not bothered by the mundane slug and slog .

The worry ,tension,anger and fraud

Makes me crazy and cribby and cross.

Life is at standstill or some times at crossroads, 

Moving around with big frogs and small toads .

Big frogs croak and croak till their vocal cords fall out ,

And don't let small toads at all to speak out.

Wish I were Kermit the frog ,

Not bothered by pun, poke or prod .

Always cool,calm and ignorant 

To tact, tacit ,and the indolent.

He lives in water and on land too, happy and yet disconnected, 

And hops and swims around the pond as if just enlightened.

The pop of his eyes could be an expression of surprise,fear or joy,

Come what may.... His look is like ...I am ready to die .

His leap and lunge knows no bounds 

and in his sleep too ,he does his   mandatory rounds .

And ....Here... I keep falling into pits because of my muppettiness'

Wish I could be like 'Kermit the frog hermit without any squirmishness. 

So very peaceful, calm and composed, he is 

And here I live like a 'frog stuck in my throat' with unease.
