Working in a famous city of Uttar Pradesh, Gorakhpur, there is a boy named Kartik Pandey, who works for a famous milk production brand in the state. He is in the milk distribution team of the organization. A highly honest & dedicated person, on a particular day, he never goes back home unless he is fully ensured that the distribution process of milk is completely accomplished. Setting distribution targets on daily basis, he thoroughly ensures that he had delivered the milk in the desired amount to the various shops that further distribute milk to common people. 

Thoroughly analysing the needs & requirements of his customers & then delivering the best quality of milk is the hallmark of this great professional. Never ever this man has taken any holiday without a strong reason. Dealing with retailers, wholesalers, customers, and managers, with every one of them having conflicting demands, & then establishing an atmosphere of cordial relationship between all of them at the end of the day, is not an easy task. But this man, Kartik, beautifully deals with all these situations on daily basis, without offending anyone. For a common human being, achieving such a 100% level of perfection is next to impossible.

Once he was at my home & we were having our evening tea. Suddenly a call came on his phone that a truck of milk needs to be immediately distributed to a particular village location. He stood up and was about to leave when I stopped him & said," Where are you going? You just arrived 20 minutes ago & now you are leaving. Let us have some tea & snacks. Please sit down."

He said, "Sorry Brother, I have to go. Milk distribution is not just a job & a source of income. The people of a particular locality are completely dependent upon their local shopkeeper for milk. Milk is their daily life need. If local shopkeepers don't receive milk in time, thousands of children will remain hungry in the morning. 

There are many people who are working 24x7 in the corporate sector. Their life is so hectic that if they don't drink early morning tea, they feel sleepy throughout the day & which seriously impacts their work productivity.

Milk is used in our temples & sacred places during pooja & hawan on daily basis. Only by the grace of God we are earning money & supporting our families. If just by the unavailability of milk, the pooja ceremony is obstructed, it is a matter of disrespect for all of us.

Milk is a daily life need. Fulfilling this need on daily basis is a crucial responsibility & even more crucial responsibility is taking the milk to its appropriate place on time."
