Alice Unleashed

She laughed in her own madness,

Lighting up her own tired world,

Breezing through yet another fleeting day.

You may think she is lonely,

You may think she is waiting for The One.

Oh, but honey, you should see her,

In her own company,

Playing the chords of life in harmony,

Radiating charm in her utter solitude.

You may think she needs,

Someone to complete her.

But honey, she is so complete in herself,

She will need to clear up some stardust,

If she ever feels like making,

Space for someone else.

She is so many different souls,

Trapped in one body,

She will need to really love someone,

To accommodate another along.

You may think she is too much,

But she is a paradox honey.

You may need to be madly,

Unceasingly, ridiculously in love,

With her to know her, to understand her.

And even then you might fail,

To understand her completely.

You just need to love her.

Or not.

Because this Alice is happy,

In her own little Wonderland.
