Angel Of The Night

Amidst the splashes of the beautiful sea

With the sounds so enticing, the aura so pristine

He ardently waited to hear her fluttering

Of those in the darkness, the Gods set free.

Draped in an ethereal white gown

And her tresses tucked in an olive crown

Her ineffable smile chained to his memory

Captivated by her beauty, he was lost in a reverie.

Holding his hand, she guided him

To distant lands across the meadows

Under the canvas of the night

Amidst the moon’s dark blue shadows.

Together they danced to the tunes of Love

As free and peaceful as a silent Dove

Engrossed in each other’s arms, careless of the outside world

They embraced each other, while the mild breeze swirled.

Together they created symphony of melodies

As the evident stars glimmered with all their might

He wished this dance would never end

With his Angel of the Night……….
