How are we still stuck here 

Why can't we just accept and move on 

Why are we still trying to escape the fact that fate just doesn't want us together? 

We wanted to fight our odds 

Look where it landed us now 

Talking is somewhere far 

We can't even stand each other now

Love we should've just given up 

At least we would've been apart 

Of each other's lives as friends of course 

I can't keep loving you forever cause 

U & I aren't meant to be together 

We are not each other's to claim 

There weren't any tags we threw away 

But the feeling of calling you mine 

Doesn't quite fit right.
