Busy days run by order after order, no halt

Every member moving by the beat, on default,

Deafened by the ovens, vents, and multiple machines

Yelling over the chaos to avoid accidents, just routine;

It's suggested to wear hazard-free armory

Upon entering the battle of heat and sweat,

Slip-free kicks grant immunity to slips

Wash, rinse, and sanitize any surface being a threat;

Standing for long periods of time

Is something one can prepare, like a rhyme,

Multitasking times stress tolerance is the key

To having easygoing days I guarantee;

But don't expect it easy every day-

For sometimes there's a hard enemy at bay

That'll try to put you down for your mistakes,

Though: analyze, learn, and do retakes-

There's always some growth to be made;

You try and try to not degrade

'Cause there's something of a great feeling

When the best food you portrayed

Puts a smile on their face.
