Barbets, That I Captured

As I stepped out of my room,

After a few months of struggle, with medication and gadgets

The view outside drove me wild with joy,

My eyes witnessed in my garden, a company of chirping barbets...

Playfully hopping in the bushes

Noisily though, jumping here and there, in their group;

what a lovely sight did they present,

I thought of recording a video and watching it in a loop!

How much am I dependent on phones, and other devices, that

my focus is always on capturing nature's visual delight;

Instead of seizing the lush green views, and moments in my mind, 

I wish to hold on to them, through virtual images, inverted or upright!

Tell me, am I wrong or right?
