BLISS IN SOLITUDE
BLISS IN SOLITUDE
As I sat under the shade of a mango tree
I felt the breeze flutter its leaves
The cold ground beneath, dead to most
But to me it seemed breathing, connecting me to the Oblivion
It thrilled in me something unique, I was all alone and yet free
I looked around seeing clearly the signs nature gave for so long
Usually overlooked for we don't have time to catch with it
The blue sky, shining like an ocean surface basking in the sun
The clouds dancing to the Rhythm of the harmony of nature
Closing my eyes I heard that birds chirping and my heart started to sing along
In that moment I had all the friends I needed
The trees, the sky, the ground were still and filled emotions
Surprised at how serene this simplicity is
That nature is truly our mother and she cradles all those who seek her love
The lessons she gave in almost all her actions
Sharing all that is for no return, no greed, no personal sake, all she wants is happiness to be given till the time ends
This memory is precious for it brings peace to me and reminds me
That satisfaction is there in the smallest of things and we just have to look for it
