Trying to stride forward,

Tough to trade dense air,

Cold frozen limbs,

Crawl like a cripple,

Torn forehand muscle,

Un-pacing will,

Every stroke of the beat,

Not shatter but crack,

Froze again and crack,

Piercing inside out,

Lone soul arrest pain,

Leaning for warmth,

Unique day or not,

Longing for what!

Deserves or not.
