Bring a smile.. Go Miles
Bring a smile.. Go Miles
Selling lemons by the road,
I walked upto her and said,
'Ajji, give me a dozen or so',
She handed them over and said,
'Do you want some more?'
I said, 'that'll be enough and no more',
Her toothless grin,
And wrinkled skin,
Spoke of her charm, grits, and wins,
Out of love, I asked her,
Do you wish for something?'
She said, 'some tea and rusk, since morning I had nothing',
Handing those I bid her goodbye,
She held my hand and smiled,
Like a child, she replied with pride,
'I sell the best lemons worldwide'.
