Connecting lies

Connecting lies

2 mins
211

She holds a steely silence

I wonder what to say.

Every time I confronted her, she brushed me away.

All those who died, died due to her guidance.

I started connecting the lies.

I saw the devil inside her.

She made a trap to lure.

Every time she lied, a part of mine dies

I found out myself.

About her cruel sins.

I knew it was a matter of time before she won,

A soul of a hopeful friend.

what's the title of a best friend?

If all I do is think of our faults?

We simply locked our emotions into a thousand vaults,

When will the backstabbing end?

I hold the silence too.

Then in a sad tone that fooled me a thousand times, she began to talk,

" from every minute I walk,

To all the things I do, you knew I loved you.

Why do you keep starting fights?"

I said,

"Why do I keep starting fights?

Because I want to end the lies.

Where were you when I needed a friend whose hand could be held?

Where is Lily now?"

she says her true personality trickling out a growl.

"All I do is try to impress you.

But all you do is try to sue!

All of these accusations are foul."

I calmly say,

"You were never there for me.

But I was you see,

This has to end."

she hastily says,

"I agree!"

A gun she removes, and smiles deviously.

I shot a smile of my own.

she shots a bullet and it hits me,

Straight in the heart. Where she normally hits.

But this time it does not pain.

This time the look on her face is one of horror.

Because a knife engulfed itself in her chest.

But I did not throw that knife.

If I die so do you.

Remember that.
