Covid 2019

Social Networking to Social distancing,

This covid has made us all go freaking!

My wings feel tied ,

My hopes are terrified.

My pulse goes high,

Watching the entire world sigh!

Just praying for sufferers all day long,

All should stay where they belong!

People who used to even greet strangers,

Running away foreseeing them as danger

Like a child I want to go for a stroll,

But fear and anxiety do rock and roll.

Time and again my mind and heart fight,

How to end this long dark night!

Mesmerising behind the clouds,

Rainbow of hope is big and round!

 

I am sure this soon shall pass,

My wish for all a bright sunshine across!
