Devil In The Making...

Let me float 

On this travesty filled sentience

That soon begins to choke me

Down to my bottom most self

Seeking the devil to devour

More of my sanity by the second

And leave me a hollow shell.

If that's what fates have decided

So be it.

Grappling with my testament to morbidity

Towards every little thing knocking my door

And letting that in, often accompanying them out

Either way, Eventually, return a nothing...

Now comes the time to unwind

The grimmest corners of my mind

And let them come to life on their own!

If that's how thoughts become a lifestyle

So be it.

Watching each and every step with care

Breaths and breaths of vigilance

And every piece of flesh and blood

Held tightly to the core of a guardian angel

That breaks loose every now and then...

Knotted in my gut this time as I spilled the blood

Residing in crimson confines of a lifetime...

I knew something 

Demented far beyond repair at that very moment

And in another, I entered a devil's paradise....

Unleashed into a brazen storm

From being a demure avalanche

There's more to destroy, there's less to care for

Devil's in the making

Any minute now...
