Dollhouse

We both are broken pieces of a different puzzle,

An incomplete picture after a thousand shuffle.

Locked in a safe, a face so patchy with drizzle

Ful of emotions, stumble sometimes upon situations make us grizzle.

Our past entangled though, as our future

Yet we are so distant, in or fate there’s a rapture

Or maybe it’s in our mind, an untreatable fracture.

Our fits are like a pair of asymmetric structure,

Yet our love is so much, what keeps us holding in every chapter

Of our life, that’s all I know.

Maybe our union seems absurd to other,

Like two puppets life of a child’s favour

Yet they will never know the love that is founded on innocence,

That’s far better to me than a mistake done in full conscience. 

Though it’s funny, yet I love and cherish that every moment of our union,

Maybe this is my little dollhouse, yet much more comfortable than a real mansion,

Made of false promises of love. Yes, I am happy with you

And the setting sun reflecting in your eyes I enjoy that view.

There’s no grief that one day we will be ragged, lost in the attic,

Till then why don’t I hold on to your hand, and stay happy in our dollhouse as static.
