Evanescence
Evanescence
Let me fade away one day
Into an oblivion,
A state where I do not understand,
Where my mind cannot fathom,
The complexities of this world.
A place far away,
Secured with unbroken dreams,
Some pretences of just the good
And the better and the best.
The fences going high and above,
Enough to block away,
Any of the remnant reality
In it's vicinity. And,
There, I shall paint on the canvas of fantasies,
All of the imaginations
The pleasant ones, which would
Elate my heart, please my soul,
And remove any of the
Last known scruples
To that place. Let me fade away into
The remotest corner of such a place,
Where darkness shall have lost,
It's way, and only light shall,
Seem to exist, in it's purest sense.
All of the obscurities of
The times to come and all of the
Horrors of the bygones,
Shall vanish as if, they
Had not existed and
Never shall they.
All of the true existence of mine,
In an evanescence this day.
