One must be one's own friend.

 Pain is the great awakener.

 It is a great teacher and an eye-opener. 

Pain enriches life.

 One should have the endurance

 of an athlete and the dexterity

of an acrobat and the swiftness

of a sprinter.

Love of ease, comfort and

 power is the height of ignorance.

 One should practice patience.

One can do anything if one has patience.

 There should be a firm resolution .

One must be fearless.

Then there would be success in

 everything that is undertaken.

There should be hope always.

Hope sustains, stimulates, encourages,

 inspires, comforts and cheers.

Lord knows and decrees what

 is best for all of us.

Excess of any kind vexes.

Therefore modernity should be there in everything.
