Flower And Roots

A cute little flower mocked its roots,

" Neither anyone cherishes you nor you look good."

" I am so attractive that all the humans love me,

You are just an ugly thing in front of me."

The root was furious but it remained quiet,

For it was wise and never liked picking a fight.

But the fully grown flower which was listening everything couldn't resist itself,

" Before speaking you should look at yourself!"

" Roots are the reason due to which you and I are alive,

Being cherished by humans doesn't matters because fame is the river in which they all want to dive."

" For there are two types of human one who takes the credit and one who works hard,

Since the past they have been praising the warriors but who has ever cared about the one who made the sword."

" So listen oh my little one,

Don't be like those greedy humans."

" Remember that there is always someone keeping you from falling from grace,

 If your roots want they can make your whole beauty leave without any trace."

The little flower apologized to the one who was keeping it alive without any complaint,

And planned not to become like those fakely credited humans without any shame.
