God?

A god for wealth, a god for health

A god for a good death

Kronos and Gaia, mother and father

Brahma and Shiva creation continues

And the creator of all sighs and waits

For union and fellowship

From before when time and space was born

Who is this creator who is this god

Who holds the keys of heaven and hades

What is the truth where is it to be found

Is it love is it peace is it dharma or karma

Is it in religion or science or in ancient mysticism

Well I'll tell you what I know what I've felt what I've experienced

God is closer to you that you are to yourself

God is seeking you and is waiting for you to stop your questioning and your wandering

And simply open your heart in attentive listening

God is faithfully bringing you home to himself

This Emmanuel this god with us in spirit

Can be found by all sincere of heart

Who live by the light of their conscience

In uprightness and kindness to all creation.

This creator god who created you and loves you and knows you and wants to live in you

Your body his temple your heart his home

If only you choose to say I am a sinner have mercy save me
