Graveyard of Memories
Graveyard of Memories
It is believed a proper burial,
Strips you off even a cardinal sin.
But where do I lay to rest,
All the memories clinging to my vest.
The past glistens sans the ordeal,
On a loop like a failed win.
Erasing em' off awaits arrest,
From the dungeons of foregone interests.
The paths we traversed,
The glimpses we exchanged,
All of it ceases to haunt me now,
As they lay buried deep within.
