I can't talk properly with people

I like tranquility and silence

But doesn't the world become violent with strange madness

I remain happy in every little moment

But doesn't the world become somber and worthless

I am diagnosed with a disease called hope

I don't lose patience any more

I can wait for the completion of my dreams

But doesn't the world become unreal and full of dope

I am diagnosed with a disease called morality

I can't make an immoral decision

I always want good for others

But doesn't the world become disastrous and full of cruelty
