I Missed The Midnight Beauties
I Missed The Midnight Beauties
When the sun-kissed flowers
With a warm hug to twiggy buds,
On the stage of reddish glow
Danced with cuckoo's words.
When green leaves wished me
Drops of fog started shinning,
Duties are knocking my door
But, minds were roaming on midnight thoughts.
I missed the perennial lily
That died last night,
On its petals, my teardrops pearled
Creating a smile, with its little sight.
I missed the dropping star
That vanishes in a midnight sky,
Playing hide and seek with a glowing moon
Untill it went away.
I missed the twinkle stars
Missed the beauties of dark,
The concrete road, some unknown support
The street light and my lonely walk.
When birds sang in morning tune
Their euphoric vibes crowded me,
But I missed the chirping cricket
Forgetting the enchanting music.
I missed my solitude
Linking my life poetries,
I missed my endless dreams
Kicking my spotted memories.
To live the old day, as a new way
The morning comes with advanced hopes,
But the beauties of midnight stolen my heart
I missed each and every midnight scope.
