I Replied With A Smile

         

I was kind and gentle.

Everyone started calling me mental.

They teased me every morning and night.

I never gathered the courage to go and fight.

I was embarrassed on every road I travelled.

Yet I knew one day I'll be happy and settled.

They teased me next day again and now I replied with a smile.

I smiled at every bad time and became unbreakable.

Years passed and my smile made me strong.

I climbed the ladder of success without doing anything wrong.

I replied every problem with a smile and suddenly all my failures were just a part of a closed file.
