In This World

         

A utopian world 

Where the flag of solidarity will be unfurled

Where one would extend an olive branch 

With open gates and welcoming hearts

Each street paved by the Gandhian light

Where each one would have an epiphany for life 

Achieving this picture-perfect realm would be an arduous task

Unless each principle of Gandhi is unmasked

In this world of bribery where nothing is supervisory 

A great soul once made us familiar with the term Satya 

Which in this world is mandatory

Meaning truth, 

This five-letter word is capable of moving five billion people of the mortal race

If it is applied, no more will there be a secret black briefcase 

In this world where people appear with black hoods and machine guns

In locations where people meet their loved ones

Have a pistol tearing through their chest

Maybe they were punished for not being like the rest

But, Long time back HE vaticinated and acquainted us with the term ahimsa 

Which literally meant nonviolence 

If applied, this plight would be no more be in sight

In this world, you and I are segregated as different lives 

Because you follow Christ hence we get in to a massive fight 

Irrespective that the blood flowing has the same leukocytes 

But still cannot protect us from this outside crime

Therefore he said Sarva-Dharma-Samanatva 

Reminding us that all these religions deserve equal rights

If applied none of us will be in fright to go out at night

In this world where inferiority complex kills all to the core 

And the upper and lower class become a trap door

One term, Asprishyata we must not forget 

Which literally means removal of untouchability 

If applied, none will be tied behind these bars of lie

In this world, if these terms are filled in the empty blanks

It would create a beautiful story of world
