Life's a Circus
Life's a Circus
The young boy wondered what was life's purpose
And soon he figured life was a circus
So he kept aside the frown
And became a clown
He stumbled on the stage
For people of all age
He swayed with the air, he
was wafer-like thin
But he carved on his face a perpetual grin,
Beneath the paint, hid his pain
Laughter was also accompanied by disdain,
What in life was worthy of being sad
Life at times was just too damn bad
The world won't care, the world won't ask
You just need to put on one big funny mask.
