Little Things

Pay attention to the little things in life, a lesson I learnt through my child,

As I added my figures by the hours,

With my child in his merry play on my side.

I wonder what is mind would churn for me,

How stupid he must think I am,

Instead of engaging in mudpies and twigs like him,

I had bills and accounts to ram.

Child, I have forgotten the at of making the most of the least,

As I oared my to the middle of the whirlpool of desire,

Child look at you, as you merry make paying attention to the little things, the little things in life,

Ah what joys my childhood had, I can't even describe,

But look how lost I became,
