LOOKIN' BACK

This New Year is not any better than last year.

Everything that happens remains same, me too.

Nothing has changed, nothing can change.

It's always me and me alone.

Feeling lonely in the new year eve,

I decided to look back into the past.

Seated in the dark corner of the terrace all alone,

Not having anyone to celebrate with.

Thinking about a lot, all the past and good New Year's,

All I celebrated with my family and friends.

Now all of us have taken different ways.

Family and friends all went away for their future's.

Now, I'm all alone in this house that was once a home.
