Lost Spring
Lost Spring
Bestowed with love and care,
No existence of tit for tat.
Enjoyed splendor beauty,
Dancing in the lap of nature.
The smile never lost on faces,
Altered into sad faces.
Freedom from responsibilities,
Changed into a head full of burden.
Worn mud on the body while playing,
Hatred for that mud developed.
Chit-chat of the whole day with parents,
Now hidden from parents.
Inherited humanity and kindness,
Lost somewhere in space.
Touching those tender feet and hands,
Takes me back to blissful days.
Oh, spring! oh, spring!
Take me to the ride of spring,
Bringing back the alluring smiles.
