There is a silent guardian around,

Perhaps an incarnation of the almighty in my life.

As if the god wired me to her with an invisible thread,

She could always listen to me without her physical presence.

 

It is very subtle to understand,

How she can perceive my sorrow and content.

She is the reason behind my success, I confess.

How she does it, I never unraveled.

 

She is the divine critic of all my acts,

But she understands all my sentiments.

She told me that I am her Horcrux when I was juvenile,

Now I understand it’s true the other way round.

 

We share an impeccable bond,

It’s any day stronger than a diamond.

Pedagogue in her teachings and matters,

Still so tender and gentle in her mission.

 

A natural healer to my suffering and grief,

She is the divine dose in my despair.

No words can narrate her fair,

She is the person I love and care.
