Me As My Own “Best Friend”

Maybe I made a mistake yesterday

But yesterday's me is still me

Today, I am who 'I' am

With all my faults and my mistakes

Tomorrow I might be a little bit wiser

And that would be me too

These faults and mistakes are what I am

Making up the brightest stars

In the constellation of my life

Me as my own friend, when united,

Makes a single perfect, a little flawed

But still a stable Human being

My pride, anger, and my mistakes then,

 Mixes together, helping myself in different ways and,

Make 'myself' as my own "Best friend"
