Might Over Fright
Might Over Fright
What if doing that I died?
It's better I avoid.
What if I get scars?
It's better I stay far.
Such thoughts and beliefs,
Make us filled with anxiety and grief
Fear stops us from moving forward,
We live the life of a coward.
To do anything it forbids,
We become an imprisoned timid
Negative beliefs into positive beliefs one should transform,
We can easily then face our storms.
Attempts should be made to change our negative thoughts,
Automatically, we would be free from feelings of fear and distraught.
Things wouldn't appear scary and red,
Thus, nothing would stop us from moving ahead.
Only once, we need to confront fear,
Because after that it disappears.
And becomes a known face,
So discomfort gets replaced by solace.
Example and story,
Of facing fears and attaining victory,
Can change our beliefs and to face our fears we get encouraged.
We get freedom from our created cage.
We reach the pinnacle,
As we have defeated our biggest obstacle.
