Misguided Men

We have bombs, guided missiles and misguided men

I'll spell it all out clearly with some paper and a pen

All of the world leaders will never get it right

If all they seek is power and all we do is fight

We need the right components for all to get along

It takes more than a melody to write the perfect song

It's time that we have peace on earth, there's just no other way

Maybe in the morrow, not happening today

The leaders of these nations just do not understand 

We need to spread peace across the earth to all our fellow man

Atomic bombs and bullets will never do the trick 

They all need to take a look inside, I pray it happens quickly

Empathy and compassion are what these leaders lack

If one time they possessed it I pray they get it back

May our rulers be like Jesus 

Shiva or the Buddha

Then the world will all rejoice, and we'll all sing Hallelujah

If they were all enlightened, there'd be no war at all

I pray that there will come a time when nations stand up tall
