If something is nice

Then it is Jhakaas

And if it isn't

Then it is Bakwaas

From Churchgate to Vasai

From CST to Thane

Some are jhandu

Some are shaane

People can survive here

Without rains

But living here is impossible

Without trains

But yes, it's for sure

Once lived in Mumbai

Then living elsewhere
