My Feelings

Each day goes by and each night I cry,

Scared of rejection before I even tried.

People are laughing and making fun of me,

I'm the protagonist with tons of enemies.

I guess I need help yet no one to talk to,

Wanted a therapist but it will cost too much.

My parents are fighting over their jobs,

God give me the courage to make them stop 

I can hear them even when my music is loud,

Their voices roaming all over the house.

My grades are descending idk why,

My thoughts are all empty, sorrowful, and dry.

My friend moving on look happy with their life,

I'm on my bed searching reason not to cry.

I have made some mistakes now I must admit,

Consequences are scarier than it supposed to be.

My music was fun, used to dance and enjoy,

Life used to be cheerful now it's annoying.

My anxieties were cool now they are scary,

Scrabbling and tearing all my old diaries.

I'm okay in the dark just too scared of light,

Delusion is the key to my happy fake life.
