My Lost Tribe
My Lost Tribe
Often on days and nights full of solitude,
Walking half woken I wander
Though to all my dear ones I bow in gratitude,
I keep looking around as I wonder.
Will I ever find someone who is just like me?
Will my search ever end?
Will I ever find reflection that of me be?
Will someone ever come for my heart to mend?
I wonder aloud as my heart in pain pounds
As sweet bells with harsh lightning collide
I wander relentlessly as my hidden self makes self proclaiming sounds,
Even as the one people know tries to find a hide.
It tires me to walk alone searching for the one who would be tricked for a bribe,
It now exhausts me wandering all along the parched lands looking for my lost tribe...
