Salute to the nation India, the land of 

Diversity, 

Where cultures blend and history comes alive, 

With colors bright and hearts full of generosity, 

You shine like a diamond, beyond all rivalry.

From the snowy peaks of the 

Himalayas, 

To the rolling waves of the 

Arabian Sea, 

You are a land of peace and bravery, 

With a spirit that's wild, and free.

You've given birth to wise leaders, 

And to the warm and gentle soul of Gandhi, 

Who taught us all to live in peace, 

And to love our fellow man, unconditionally.

 

You are the birthplace of ancient wisdom, 

And the land of vibrant and colourful bazaars, 

Where creativity thrives, and music echoes, 

And every day is a feast for the senses.

So here's a salute to India, 

Our land so dear, 

May your spirit always soar, 

And your heart is always clear, 

May your people always prosper, 

And your future be bright,

As a beacon of light.
