Sacred Ties
Sacred Ties
The bonds we get by birth
May not be of mighty worth
No one can promise to walk around
On the thorny paths or filthy ground
We tend to expect from others
To protect us from the rainy shudders
Everyone is trapped in chaos
Who has the time to handle the ruckus
The paths we share with beings
Are the old karmas and pending things
How can one thread free us
How can one vow to make us pious
The relationships might come and go
Of course, a friend could turn into a foe
But the divine never betrays us
They can never be claimed false, thus
The sacred ties we are bound by
God never expects how and why
He loves us unconditionally
Though we are not connected biologically
Biological ties will end with death
Sacred ties will strengthen with breath
We have descended from the divine home
Earthly ties are supposed to be a mere norm
God hears us and knows our best
Simply do your actions and leave the rest
Tie a sacred thread that never tears apart
As he is our destination for a new start.
