SCHOOL SPORTS DAY.

Last year, we had our 'sports day' in the school

Teachers wanted many pupils to give their names

Boys and girls eagerly lined up to show their skills

Four kids were selected to compete in the final games!  

Tom was so quick, came first and got his gold

Jerry came second and got the silver prize

Jack was there third to get his bronze medal

Jill got a consolation one for completing the race!

The whole school enjoyed this special day,

Everybody felt that more pupils must take part,

'Participating is more important than awards'

'Oh' yes 'that is the real 'Olympic spirit'!

Sports and games are really good for everybody,

Celebrating 'sports day' would be once a year.

Regular exercise and healthy food for every day!

Habits and hobbies make you happy and better!!
