Love, calm, emotions, and feelings are its subjects,

Self-care can never result in a superiority complex,

For maybe self-care is not loving your toxic trait,

But is shedding thy awful hate,

For maybe self-care is not just always me first,

Or its never about spilling worst,

It's all about I am here too,

With finding your space in blue,

Self-care is loving your scars,

But is also setting your lethal wars,

Self-care is not selfish, its fair,

But also selfish is not self-care!
