Do you explain this phenomenon:
Nothing makes any sense at all.
I'm held against my will - a hostage.
By whom, where, and when remain unknown.
My mind's been abducted
Very long ago,
Yet, it attempts to claw its way back
To a vast world contained in lines.
My brain is in the now,
Along with my being,
Fighting itself to maintain the routine,
Even if they yearn to be elsewhere...
Both seem to want
What the other has,
Keeping me hostage.
Who is holding me against my will?
I don't know.
Nothing makes sense anymore.
Do explain this phenomenon.
