STRANGER TO FRIENDS: A JOURNEY
STRANGER TO FRIENDS: A JOURNEY
We were no friends,
Just knew each other like a line's opposite ends.
We had talked never,
Nor had any common friends to share,
It just began with a hey, one day.
Hello was the only thing in return I could say.
We accidentally looked into each other's eye,
and exchanged an absurd smile,
Though the distance was quite a mile.
I blushed and turned red with shy,
Finding me in discomfort he bid me a goodbye.
Then one dusky evening we talked again for a while,
Until today is a day without talking with each other we can't survive.
