The Dark Days

The overwhelming dark days, 

The uncontrolled minds chatter, 

The feeling of self doubt, 

Am I any better? 

Why am I even here? 

Why do I still exist, 

Is there any reason to live, 

When the hope is all covered in the mist. 

But these are the days we learn, 

This is the way it's supposed to be, 

For how will we cherish the brighter days, 

When glory is all we see. 

When low hits the lowest, 

And we have no where to go, 

When it's hard even to wake up, 

And all the emotions overflow. 

Let's remind ourselves how strong we are

All our dreams are not that far, 

Just small steps everyday, 

And in all the darkness, we'll find a way.
