The Mesmerising Power of Music

The Mesmerising Power of Music

In the tranquil garden, where the sun shone bright,

King Bahram Gur and Dilaram sat in delight.

She played her barbiton with skill and grace,

That filled the air with enchanting embrace.

Dilaram's fingers plucked at the strings,

Her music soared on feathered wings.

The notes she played were like a gentle breeze,

Caressing the senses with effortless ease.

With each pluck of the string, a story was told,

Of love and life, of memories old,

The music flowed, like a river serene,

A magical journey, to places unseen.

As she played, the creatures came to life,

And the birds in the sky, flew in a sequence so nice,

Relaxing, peaceful, calming, and mesmerising,

A world of music, simply tantalizing.

The music continued, the animals seemed to dance,

Their bodies swayed in a trance-like romance.

The goat reclined and the ram sprawled

All captivated by Dilaram's music that enthralled.

Bahram Gur sat in awe, his heart filled with delight,

As he watched the creatures relax with all their might.

He felt as though he too was lost in the sight,

His spirit uplifted by the melody's insight.

For Dilaram had a gift divine,

To make animals sleep anytime,

With the sound of her music so sweet,

Their restless hearts found peaceful retreat.

.

The deer scratching his ear with his hoof,

The fish and duck, they sprawled and floated aloof,

And the spotted deer, curled and serene,

Lay beside the stream, like a dream.

A pair of birds sat in front of them,

Enjoying the music, as Dilaram's barbiton hemmed.

Pairs of partridges and foxes on the ground,

And even a hyena could be found.

While many on the left, closed their eyes,

In music-induced drowsiness, that filled the skies,

The white goat and the fox in a riverside den,

Raised their eyes mischievously then.

The king, amazed at her magical skill,

Was lost in her melody, and his heart went still

Dilaram's music was like a soothing balm,

That brought harmony and peace to every soul's qualm.

And as the day slowly faded into night,

The animals rested, calm and bright.

Bahram Gur and Dilaram sat in quiet delight,

Their souls filled with music's flight.

For in that garden, in that magical place,

Music had shown its wondrous grace.

It had brought together all kinds of race,

And filled their hearts with its unending embrace.

As music has the power to break the divide,

Between species, it creates a beautiful vibe,

For it can heal, it can lift, it can amaze,

And fill our hearts with a song that blaze.

So let us celebrate this gift,

And let our spirits soar and lift,

For Music, with its enchanting rune,

Has the power to unite all creatures attune.
