The Perfect Things

With those things,

Blurred to her vision,

She tried hard ,

To have a look,

With her eyes,

That were masked,

She felt her eyes watering,

Rubbing her eyes,

She continued her attempts,

To fight that back,

Those eyes that once,

People claimed as her beauty,

It was her mermaid eyes,

It was still adorable,

But without its purpose,

It is always useless,

She panicked as illusions,

Haunted her again and again,

Unavoidable tolerating them,

She hurried to her home.
