The World Of Humans

Filled with water, sand and sunlight, 

The world, it was, a beautiful place, merry and bright,

Then humans came along, 

And cut down all the trees as they were hard and strong, 

They polluted the air,

They left trash, here and there,

They trod on the soil and plants,

They started digging up lands,

They threw trash into water bodies,

It seemed like human's hobbies,

Were of destroying nature,

A deadly behavior,

The earth is now sick of contagious diseases,

All because humans did not take care of their mother!

Technology, everybody thinks, is better than life's treasures,

But the true treasure is nature,

If only humans would realize that,

The earth would blossom with light and life and flowers,

The earth would be such a happy place,

Filled with laughter and plants and rain showers. 

Never would we face a drought, 

Never would we face a flood,

However damage to the earth we've brought,

And now there not even a living bud. 

Our actions we must stop,

Otherwise life will,

No water-drop,

We will all be in peril. 

Our earth is our mother,

Who has provided us so much for our needs,

She gave us sunlight, soil, a place to live and water, 

But we destroyed all with our greed. 

She loved us, have her care and love,

To even see the sky above, 

To even have a land below, 

We should know..

To take care of our mother, she's growing bold,

But our hearts are becoming cold,

Be kind to our mother and give warmth to her heart,

Take care of our mother earth, and we will never want to drift apart.
