This Too Shall Pass

Her swollen eyes,

Thinking, over-thinking again,

We, humans, tend to err again and again,

Fully aware of what is right and what is wrong,

Still, we tend to choose the wrong once again,

The supreme being does it again and again!

Ahhhhh!

It hurts, pains and ruins you to your core,

Still like a hard nut,

You tend to control,

Behaving well in front of others,

Devasted when alone,

This disease of Love has still no cure!

Although the feeling can never be wrong,

It's most pure and most serene of all,

Still, it leaves you all alone 

Intact with your sorrows all alone!

Well,

It might have given you

Some most beautiful memories 

To forever rejoice,

Also some great lessons,

For sure,

The pain accompanied must be hard to endure,

But trust me,

This too shall pass,

Like everything before!
