To The Words Unsaid

To the words unsaid

And the voices unheard

Mind is in stress

And our hearts are a mess

Still we go on

Still we tread

We hold on to our dear breath

Even if every second passes loaded with dread

To the confusion uncleared

And misunderstandings that spurred

Divisions in heart

Violence in mind

Darkness overpowered 

And fear made us a coward

Still a flicker remains somewhere in deep

Calling for one more 

One last 

One final effort 

And I'll listen to it....
