True Love

Wanna to see what is true love?

Stand for a while on traffic signals, 

And, 

You'll find a hungry child begging with watery eyes,

Running to and fro amidst all vehicles on standby  

Giving few seconds to each donor to decide 'ya' or 'nay'. 

Strangely, that small hard earned biscuit or bread,  

He shares it with another child and love is spread 

Wanna see what is true love?

At midnight look on footpaths

 And, 

 You'll find in chilled winter a trembled, half-naked beggar 

Wrap with his only tattered sheet a dog or any creature

Who comes, sleeps near to him hoping for warmth.

No hesitation, no delay and you see the love he hath. 

Sharing not infraction but the whole is Love in true senses.

This is what God meant, preached holy books and displayed saints.
