Unity in Diversity

Raise your hand,

If your childhood had proverbs like,

'Unity in diversity'

'Together we stand, divided we fall'

'Unity is strength'

Ya, it was same for me.

But,Brace yourself, 

Cause i disagree,

This big big sentences taught to us ,

Are useless to me.

Quotes are meant to teach us better quality,

But what's the use, 

If not implemented in the reality ?

The diversity shown as a big boon,

Is just a curse to me,

What's the use of it, 

If not used in reality?

Who says hindu muslim are brother,

If just something like loud voices are something,

That mostly bothers.

If there are always gonna be language fights,

Who is gonna solve other problems,

Fight for one another's rights?

He says 'my religion is better',

She says,'No its mine'

Whats the use of this diversity, 

If the 'mine is better' is all that determines?

That is why I diagrace,

And told you to brace ,

Cause it is a difficult topic,

And hard to face.

What is the use of this diversified unity?

If not implemented in reality?
